We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. We aim to make returns simple and fair for every customer.

Most of our products can be returned; however, hygiene-sensitive items are excluded from returns. Any product marked as “No Returns or refunds” on the product page cannot be exchanged or refunded. We always highlight this clearly before checkout to ensure full transparency.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our European or partnered warehouses. Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, while neighboring EU countries may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
