We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. We aim to make returns simple and fair for every customer.
Are any purchases final sale?
Most of our products can be returned; however, hygiene-sensitive items (for example, certain accessories or intimate apparel) are excluded from returns. Any product marked as “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be exchanged or refunded. We always highlight this clearly before checkout to ensure full transparency.
